Refund policy

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused and unworn and returned in its original packaging with any included tags and accessories.

Please contact hvylkawatches@gmail.com before sending an item back and include your order number. We will reply with the return instructions and confirm any applicable return shipping costs before you send the item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you about the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including statutory cancellation rights. For EU customers, statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
